Elevator parts : the structural characteristics of the transformer division
Elevator parts - split transformer winding structure is characterized by two separatist separated from each other on the circuit , in a magnetic circuit with loose coupling , the same two split winding structure , capacity equal and not equal to the capacity of the division and the capacity of the windings.
Split transformer requirements:
1 ) there is a large short-circuit impedance between the two split windings ;
2 ) there is a small short-circuit impedance between the split winding and winding not split , and equal. Therefore, the two sets were split in two core windings column , it has a large short-circuit impedance ; two parallel windings windings were not split the two sets of windings on the same core split column between them short-circuit impedance is smaller and equal.
Three sets of three-winding transformer windings on the same core column , tight magnetic coupling between the three windings extent , short-circuit impedance between any two windings are small .
???Elevator parts - split transformer and special operating mode parameters :
1 ) run across : the parallel low-voltage windings split into two runs on a winding voltage winding , called the crossing operation. At this high , short-circuit impedance between the low voltage winding through the impedance is called by ZS said .
2 ) Semi- crossing run : a split winding for low- voltage winding run ( another split winding open ) , called semi- crossing operation. At this high , short-circuit impedance between the low voltage winding through the impedance called half with ZB said .
3 ) high-voltage winding open circuit, low voltage winding of a split run winding to another division , called the split operation. At this time short-circuit impedance between the two split windings (converted to the high-pressure side ) is called split impedance with ZF said .
4 ) Elevator Parts - split transformer division factor: split ratio of impedance and impedance across the division factor called that KF = ZJ / ZS.
Two split split winding transformer cores were set in two columns , each loose coupling between magnetic leakage flux more, short-circuit impedance greater ; high and low voltage windings of the transformer units in the same common core columns , each of magnetic coupling between closely , less leakage flux , short-circuit impedance is smaller.
